ORDER PROCESSING TIME

At Gadegio, we strive to get your premium essentials to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched from our international fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Tracked Shipping to all of our supported regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 Business Days

Note: While we consistently meet these delivery times, international shipping can occasionally experience minor delays due to high postal volumes, extreme weather, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience as we safely deliver your items.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our Track My Order page to monitor your package's journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in our logistics system after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Gadegio ships globally, and while most packages arrive without any additional fees, Gadegio is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs regulations if you are unsure.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Gadegio is not responsible for packages that are returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.

If you realize you made a mistake with your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@gadegio.com. We will do our best to update it, but once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or offer refunds for address errors.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We guarantee the safe transit of your package. If your tracking link has not updated in over 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and issue a replacement or refund for packages lost in transit.

However, if the tracking information confirms that the package was "Delivered" to your address, Gadegio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package was stolen from your property after delivery, please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, if your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment warehouses. You will receive tracking numbers for each package, and you will not be charged any extra shipping fees.
