Damages, Defects, and Issues (Our 30-Day Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report an issue.
Because we process orders globally, we do not require you to ship damaged items back to us.
To resolve the issue instantly, simply email our support team at support@gadegio.com with:
1. Your Order Number.
2. A clear photo or short video showing the damage or defect.
Once we receive your photo/video, our team will review it and immediately issue a free replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer. No complicated return shipping required!
Buyer’s Remorse / Order Cancellations
Because our logistics team processes and ships orders incredibly fast to ensure quick delivery, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been dispatched.
To maintain our fast shipping speeds and low prices, we currently do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or if you simply changed your mind after the item has been shipped. We ask that you carefully review your order before checking out.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking link has not updated in over 15 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping carriers and issue a replacement or refund for packages confirmed to be lost in transit.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that for EU cooling-off returns, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs to our international warehouse facility. Please contact us at support@gadegio.com to receive the correct regional return address.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal). Please remember it can take 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
